Free shipping for all orders from 250€ and above. Please make sure that someone is at home to receive your order and contact us with any special requests concerning your order at info@earlybirdtrends.com
Local delivery time is +/-3 days after receipt of order
Please be advised that once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package that allows you to track it.
Returns
If it happens that you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returned item if it’s in the same condition as delivered and refund you the amount. Please be advised that the purchased item has to be received by us within 14 days after delivery.
You can easily return your order by following the steps below:
Step 1: Send us an email requesting a return form at returns@earlybirdtrends.com
Step 2: Fill out the return form and email it to returns@earlybirdtrends.com
Step 3: Return the parcel using your preferred option:
- Send back the parcel to us using a courier of your choice. For products bought on sale, due to discounted prices, the shipping cost for returns will be borne by the purchaser.
As soon as we receive your returned item we will refund your amount accordingly.
Please be advised that we do not accept returns on orders that are sent back to us exceeding the 14 day Returns Policy period.
